Product returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. A full refund will be given when the product is returned in the same condition as it was sold. 

Products not up to customer satisfaction may be returned for a full refund or exchanged for an item of the same value. 

Products may not be returned if damaged or altered in any way after leaving the storefront. This does not include damage due to shipping.

Refunds without a product return are only permitted if the product is damaged before or during its point of sale and with proper evidence of such.
